This 14 minute film tells you everything from what inspired DC Strong to begin to what our mission is for the future.  The four guys behind it all with the help of Eric Bass of Shinedown, are reaching out to all of you to help make a difference and to make sure that no child battling cancer ever has to fight alone.

Golf Outing with the VanBuren
County Sheriff's Office

We have had the pleasure of meeting some great people/ groups of people this year and the VanBuren County Sheriff's office is definitely included in that group.  We were invited out to Shamrock Hills Golf Course for their annual golf outing and were given 1/3 of the proceeds for the day.  So one last big thank you to our friends at the Van Buren Sheriff's office for opening their hearts to DC Strong,
you are all a part of the team!

The 1st Annual Timber Ridge Crawl
presented by DC Strong

The Timber Crawl!  This was a great day!  We partnered with Timber Ridge Ski Resort to work out an incredible day full of trails, music, food and 4x4s.  We have to make a big shout out to our friends from Wicked Jeeps for volunteering and putting forth a lot of time and work to help make this go smoothly.  Everyone had a great time and we were asked over and over if there would be another.  Well... Stay Tuned!

Kylie's Dream Day:
The "Frozen" Princess Ball

DC Strong puts together experiences for the children in our program.  Kylie was a big fan of princess movies and most currently, the animated film "Frozen".  With the help of a few open hearted businesses and Radiant Church, DC Strong created a formal Princess Ball themed after the film so that Kylie and her family would be able to live the day/night as royalty.

DC Strong takes on Birthday Bash

A look at some of the fun from this year's B93 Birthday Bash with
DC Strong. We made it out alive, not everyone can say that... 
Featuring Dierks Bentley and Justin Moore. A big thank you to "Crazy Monkey Tattoos" for inviting us out there and sharing a booth with us. 

DC Strong takes on The Ice Bucket Challenge

Our friend Eric Bass of Shinedown called us out to do the Ice Bucket Challenge and you know the team here at DC Strong never backs down from a challenge... But nonetheless, it was a very, very cold victory on our part.  Why couldn't someone make a "relax in the warmth of your home while eating pasta challenge"?  I guess that is a bit long to fit on twitter...

Spend some time at Gull Meadows
with DC Strong

The great people at Gull Meadow Farms in Richland allowed us to spend quite a bit of time with them out on the farm during Fall 2014.  We did everything from shooting apples out of a cannon and jump on the giant pillows to racing through their obstacle course and of course navigate their incredibly huge corn maze that was designed with the DC Strong logo!
